Bartending Training module at Dalat Vocational Training College



A bartender is the one tapping and serving beverages, as well as making different drink combinations as required.
A successful bartender has to differentiate glasses used to serve various kinds of drinks. He/ she also has to be familiar with the drinks, and the possibilities of their mixtures, which makes him/her proficient in making cocktails. A bartender must follow new trends, search for new combinations, and always be prepared to offer something innovative to his/her customer. Besides, arranging the glass is important as it is visually effective and impress guests. There are special equipment used for cocktail making that a bartender must be conversant with.
At Dalat Vocational Training College (DVTC), students studying Restaurant Management and F&B Skills, in module of Bartender Skills with 70% of practicing in the training curriculum, will all have chance to be behind our state-of-the-art bar stations making drinks and learning how to pour, flair and handle a busy bar. We at DVTC create an authentic bar environment with music playing and orders flowing to fully prepare students for life behind the bar and a fun-filled career in hospitality.
